We machine our Sportster/Buell Engine Sprockets from 7075 Billet Aluminum. 7075 makes the strongest, lightest and most durable sprocket for any high performance or racing application. After machining, we Mil-Spec Hard-Anodize them for superior wear resistance. This makes a gear that will provide a long life and high performance as well! We offer many sizes including Original Equipment. For those that want a lighter gear but prefer stock ratios, we have you covered as well. Sportster/Buell Engine Sprockets fit: ‘91 to Present XL & ‘94-’05 Buell (Except Blast). We offer Regina Brand Primary Chains to accommodate our sprockets.
